MEAL PLAN
A meal plan is available for the conference.
The
deadline for purchasing the
meal plan is March
25, 2004 and must accompany the registration. Please indicate if you
would like a vegetarian meal. It is highly recommended that
conferees purchase the meal plan because of the networking
opportunities that it provides.

MINISTRY DISPLAYS
$250 (includes a skirted 6’ table and registration for
one person) Additional people must register. The Meal Plan must be
purchased separately. There will be 35 display tables allotted on a
first-come basis.
